HADRAMOUT, Jan. 06 (YPA) – Fighters affiliated with “Hadhramaut Tribal Alliance” confronted foreign drones that were flying over their positions in the past hours west of the city of Mukalla, the capital of the Hadramout governorate.
Activists on social media shared a video on Monday showing the alliance’s defenses chasing one of the drones west of Mukalla.
This comes after the alliance’s sites were targeted by a missile strike, amid accusations that US warships were behind the attack, as reported by the alliance-affiliated journalist Sabri Bin Makhashin, the editor-in-chief of Al-Muharrer newspaper.
Hadramout activists denounced the foreign assaults on the alliance’s positions, after the leadership of the “Second Military Region” and the “Hadhrami Elite” denied any involvement in the attack.
