Turkish airstrikes target sugar factory in Syria

ANKARA, Jan. 01 (YPA) – The Turkish Air Force launched on Wednesday attacks on Wednesday targeting a sugar factory in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo, using drones.

According to sources, a Turkish drone targeted the factory in the town of Deir Hafer, east of Aleppo, causing a powerful explosion that was heard throughout the area. No casualties have been reported so far.

In a related development, ish drone bombed a military point belonging to the SDF near the the Qara Qozak Bridge in the Manbij countryside, east of Aleppo.

The attack killed 3 soldiers and injured others, who were transferred to one of hospitals for treatment.
