Protest demands trial of accused of killing citizen in Aden

ADEN, Dec. 09 (YPA) – A number of citizens organized a protest, on Monday, in the city of Aden, which is under the control of the coalition, to demand the trial of the accused of killing their son.

The young man’s family demanded, during the protest in front of the “Court of Appeal”, the trial of the accused of killing their son, “Akram Salem Mohsen Al-Dawla Al-Yafei”, who was killed by gunmen in the “Security Belt” factions funded by the UAE in mid-July.

The participants in the protest from Al-Yafei’s family and friends raised banners demanding that those involved in the incident be held accountable, despite the admission by the Salafist leader “Mohsen Al-Wali” that his elements were involved in the assassination of the nephew of the head of the so-called “Military Intelligence” affiliated with the coalition, Ahmed Mohsen Al-Yafei.

The victim’s family expressed their deep dissatisfaction with the procrastination and delay in the trial of the accused for nearly five months.
