Pro-Palestinian protesters gather in Copenhagen against Egyptian President Sisi

WORLD, Dec. 09 (YPA) -Pro-Palestinian supporters gathered outside the location where Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi was being welcomed in Copenhagen, Denmark, to protest his position on the ongoing genocide in Gaza, labeling him as a “war criminal.”

The protesters held signs that read “Sisi is a traitor, Sisi is a puppet” and “Sisi is an accomplice in genocide.”

These chants come as a denunciation of the Egyptian government’s failure to act and its silent on the brutal massacres committed by the Israeli occupation against civilians in Gaza, as well as the ongoing situation in Lebanon.

It is worth noting that Sisi visited Denmark to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the fields of politics, economics, investment, and culture.
