GAZA, Dec. 07 (YPA) – At least 17 Palestinian citizens were killed and dozens were injured on Friday evening due to an Israeli airstrike that targeted a house in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Medical sources reported that ten people, including three children and two women, were killed and more than 30 others were injured in an airstrike on the home of the Al-Nadi family near the Al-Qassam cemetery in the Nuseirat camp, according to the Palestinian Information Center.
Earlier, sources at Al-Awda Hospital reported that six martyrs had been brought in, including one man, three children, two women, and some body parts, in addition to over 30 injuries, the majority of whom were children and women. This was due to an airstrike targeting a house, which also caused damage to several nearby homes in Block C of the Nuseirat camp.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 44,612 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 105,834 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
