Southern politician: STC pays price for its losing bets in Aden

ADEN, Dec. 04 (YPA) – Head of the Civil Gathering of Southern Forces, Abdul Karim Al-Saadi, affirmed that the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) had been established by foreign intelligence with the aim of weakening the southern cause.

“The STC is currently paying the price for its concessions to the opponents of the case that it presented in spite of the southern forces that disagree with it,” Al-Saadi said.

In a series of posts on “X”, he added that those who doubt the justice of the southern cause must realize that their bets would be lost in the STC, because that group only represents itself.

Al-Saadi explained that the STC’s rush towards representation and power and the terrorizing of the southern forces that led it to political participation that harmed the cause and damaged its legitimacy.

He pointed out that the southern provinces have been suffering from starvation and security chaos for 10 years, and the coalition has established governments, councils and presidents, all of which have ended in the same corruption.
