DAMASCUS, Nov. 20 (YPA) – Two American military bases were attacked on Tuesday in Al-Shaddadi on Tuesday, south of Al-Hasakah, northeastern Syria.
Syrian sources familiar with the matter told Al-Mayadeen that the targeting of the American base in Al-Shaddadi coincided with military training for the forces in the Al-Jabsa workers’ housing in the city, south of Al-Hasakah.
The sources also reported that “a Syrian army checkpoint prevented the passage of an American convoy consisting of four vehicles towards the village of Tal Al-Dhahab in the countryside of Qamishli.
In turn, the Russian Sputnik Agency reported that a huge explosion rocked the American army base in the “Al-Omar” oil field in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, resulting from a missile barrage attack that targeted the base.
According to the agency, “the US army’s anti-aircraft weapons tried to intercept the missiles, but the smoke columns that rose from the base.
