Zionist soldier killed in Gaza

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Nov. 17 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces announced on Sunday the death of a new soldier in the ongoing battles in the Gaza Strip.

Under the “permit for publication” clause, the Israeli military spokesperson confirmed that the Sergeant-Major (res.) Idan Kenan was killed in battle while fighting in the Gaza Strip,

Kenan, aged 21, was from Ramat Gan and served in the Nachshon Battalion 90 in the Kfir Brigade.

On Saturday, the Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, targeted and shot an Israeli soldier in the southern part of Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City, in cooperation with the Al-Ansar Brigades, the military wing of the Al-Ahrar Movement.

The occupation military confirmed the soldier’s death as a result of sniper fire.

Last week, the occupation  forces released an updated report acknowledging that 793 of their soldiers and officers have been killed since the war began on October 7, 2023. However, reports from various sources suggest that the actual number of Israeli casualties is much higher, with videos released by Palestinian resistance media showing significant Israeli losses.

The occupation military has been maintaining a media blackout on the true number of its casualties and wounded.
