SANAA, Nov. 09 (YPA) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in Sanaa, Jamal Amer, met in Sanaa on Saturday with the Country Directors of CARE International and French Doctors of the World in Sanaa to discuss the implementation of their humanitarian projects in Yemen for 2024.
Amer emphasized the importance of providing projects according to need and long-term development projects.
He stated that the Ministry is working to create an appropriate climate and provide facilities for international organizations in humanitarian and development fields to facilitate project implementation.
CARE International’s Country Director, Abdullah Abdi Iman, stated that the organization is committed to neutrality and independence in its humanitarian work and works in full coordination with government authorities.
Meanwhile, French Doctors of the World’s Country Director, Muhammad Qalamouni, stated that the organization is currently searching for new funding sources for its humanitarian projects in Yemen.
