People killed in attack on Turkey’s aerospace company

ANKARA, Oct. 23 (YPA) – Turkey’s Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya declared on Wednesday that a terrorist attack targeted the Turkish Aerospace Industries Company ‘TUSAŞ’ in the Kahramankazan district of the capital Ankara.

“There are three people dead and several wounded as a result of the terrorist attack,” Yerlikaya affirmed in a post on X platform.

At least two of the attackers died, the minister Ali Yerlikaya said, adding 14 people were wounded.

He stressed that the official authorities will provide the public with the latest information about the attack.

Explosions and gunfire were heard in the company’s facilities, and security forces, firefighters and medical teams were sent to the area.
