Washington announces death of two pilots participating in bombing Yemen

WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 (YPA) – The US Navy announced the death of two of its pilots on the aircraft carrier Eisenhower in the Red Sea.

The US Navy said in a statement that two pilots were killed in an “accidental” crash during a training mission near Mount Rainier in Washington, adding that the two pilots were on board the aircraft carrier Eisenhower in the Red Sea and participated in “military missions” over Yemen.

The American aircraft carrier was present in the Red Sea to support the Israeli occupation by targeting the Yemeni armed forces that continue to strike Israeli ships or ships related to the entity during the stages of supporting Gaza.
