GAZA, Oct. 18 (YPA) – About 345,000 people in Gaza will face “catastrophic” hunger this winter after the decline in aid delivery.
An assessment issued by the United Nations on Thursday warned of the risk of famine across the Strip.
The assessment, prepared by UN agencies and non-governmental organizations, noted that this number is compared to 133,000 people currently classified as suffering from “catastrophic food insecurity”, according Agence France-Presse’s report.
