Lavrov: America encourages Zionist aggression against Lebanon

SANAA, Oct. 04 (YPA) – Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, confirmed that Washington did not condemn the Zionist enemy entity due to its ground aggression on Lebanon, noting that it encourages it to expand the area of military ​​operations.

Lavrov said in media statements on Friday, that “After Israel began its ground invasion of Lebanon, there was no response, and the US administration did not issue a word condemning this aggression against a sovereign state.”

“Therefore, Washington is in fact encouraging its ally in the Middle East in expanding the area of ​​military operations”, he added.
