Two explosions rock area near Israeli embassy in Copenhagen

WORLD, Oct. 02 (YPA) – Two explosions occurred overnight near the Israeli Embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark’s capital, media outlets reported on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Danish police have launched an investigation into the blasts.

“No one has been injured, and we are carrying out initial investigations at the scene,” local police said in a post on social media platform X.

“A possible connection to the Israeli embassy, located in the area, is being investigated,” the police added.

Local media mentioned that a large area has been cordoned off, with a significant police presence.

The newspaper “BT” reported that investigators were seen wearing protective suits as they searched the site for evidence.
