Supreme Judiciary approves new judicial movement in Sanaa

SANAA, Sept. 30 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based Supreme Judicial Council approved on Monday, the transfer of a number of judges to work as heads of appeal courts.

In its weekly meeting, headed by Judge Abdul-Mumin Shuja’uddin, said this was based on the nomination of the head of the Judicial Inspection Authority and in accordance with the law.

The meeting also approved the adjudication of grievances filed by a number of members of the judiciary in accordance with the law.
