Zionist occupation warplanes bomb crossing between Syria, Lebanon, leave wounded

SANAA, Sept. 26 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation warplanes bombed, on Thursday, a Syrian-Lebanese crossing, according to what was announced by the Lebanese Minister of Transport, Ali Hamieh.

The media explained that the “Israeli” strike hit a small bridge that forms a crossing to Lebanon, adding that it is not immediately known whether the crossing is still usable, while Lebanese and Syrian media reported that the raid targeted the Syrian side of the crossing and resulted in the injury of a number of civilians at the crossing.

The Israeli occupation army admitted the bombing of the crossing, claiming that it targeted infrastructure used to transport weapons from Syrian territory to Hezbollah in Lebanon.
