Israeli occupation forces arrest dozens of Palestinians, including woman, in West Bank

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Sept. 26 (YPA)- Israeli occupation forces arrested 19 Palestinian citizens on Thursday, including a woman and former prisoners, during a large-scale raid across various areas of the West Bank.

In Ramallah, Palestinian sources reported that the forces blew up a house owned by detainee Ghanem Alqam, who was detained on September 17th.

The occupation forces re-arrested two former prisoners and a young man after storming and searching their families’ homes in the city of Al-Bireh, located in the central West Bank.

In Nablus, the occupation forces arrested a woman after storming and searching her family’s home in the Northern Mountain neighborhood of the Taybeh area during their incursion into the city.

They also detained the two young men from the town, and two others from the city of Al-Bireh.

Moreover, the Israeli forces also raided the home of Hamas leader and prisoner Adnan Asfour, arresting his son after searching their house in the Al-Mukhfiya neighborhood of Nablus.

In Hebron, the occupation forces arrested  a former prisoner from Tarqumiyah , along with five young men after raiding their homes and disrupting their belongings in Idna, west of the city.

In Jenin, the occupation forces detained a young man from his family’s home in Yamoun, west of the city and five young men from the Al-Jabariyat neighborhood.

In Hebron, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Dura, southwest of the city , raided dozens of homes, and detained a number of citizens.

According to the Palestinian sources,  the occupation forces stormed the town of Dura and a number of surrounding villages with a large number of their military vehicles, and deployed their patrols in all the town’s neighborhoods, on the side and main roads, and around the homes of citizens.
