Palestinian Ministry of Health says five of its staff killed in Israeli bombing

GAZA, Sept. 21 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the death of five of its employees and the injury of others as a result of Israeli bombing targeted the ministry’s stores in the Musabah area, south of the Gaza Strip, Saturday evening.

The ministry added in a statement, “Medical teams and ambulances are unable to arrive to recover the martyrs and treat the wounded due to fear of bombing more health sector workers.”

The Health Ministry calls on all UN institutions and concerned parties to intervene in order to protect and rescue the wounded from the place.

According to the ministry’s repots, about 500 health sector employees have been killed as a result of direct targeting and deliberate killing inside hospitals that the Israeli occupation army stormed, and hundreds were also injured since the start of the Israeli genocide war on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.
