Hezbollah chief response to pager attacks in Lebanon

BEIRUT, Sept. 19 (YPA) – Hezbollah Secretary-General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, said that the Israeli Pager attack on Lebanon is a cowardly terrorist act whose goal was to destroy the Hezbollah’s structure, strike the largest number of leaders and the command and control systems.

During a televised speech that he made on Thursday, Sayyed Hassan called Israeli entity’s remote detonations of pagers and Walkie-Talkies in Lebanon “a declaration of war” and said Israel will receive “a just punishment” for its actions.

He confirmed that the leadership of “Netanyahu” and his government will lead the occupying entity to a deep valley and the destruction of the Third Temple.

“We tell Netanyahu, Gallant and the Israeli occupation military, the fighting on the Lebanese front will not stop before the aggression in Gaza and West Bank ends,” Nasrallah said.

Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that the proposal to establish a security belt is a great opportunity for Hezbollah.

“The foolish proposal by the commander of the northern region to establish a security belt,” he added. “If the enemy establishes a security belt, he must know that it will turn into a trap, a mire and an ambush, and it will be faced with a difficult reckoning.”

Regarding the attacks that targeted Pagers in Lebanon during the past two days, Sayyed Nasrallah acknowledged that Hezbollah had suffered a “major and unprecedented” blow, accusing the occupying entity of blowing up thousands of communication devices used by the party with the goal of killing 4,000 Lebanese in one strike.

He said, “There is no doubt that we have been exposed to a major security and humanitarian blow, unprecedented in the history of Lebanon,” but this is the war and we realize that the United States and the West-supported enemy has technological superiority.”

Leader Nasrallah stressed that “the enemy has crossed all controls, laws and red lines with this operation.”
