Clear to partly cloudy weather to prevail over Yemen areas

SANAA, Sept. 19 (YPA) – The clear to partly cloudy weather is expected, with rains of varying intensity, in parts of the provinces of Yemen.

In its weather bulletin, the center said that the provinces of Taiz, Ibb, Rayma, Lahj and Dheale, Bayda, Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramout, Mahweet, Hajjah and the west of each of Saada, Sanaa and Dhamar would be effected the weather.

It pointed out that the weather in the coastal areas would be clear to partly cloudy, hot and humid during the day, with a chance for scattered rain to fall on parts of the southern, western and eastern coasts and the corresponding inland areas.

The winds may be very fast around the Socotra Archipelago, ranging in speed between 25-35 knots, and moderate to active on the eastern and southern coasts, ranging in speed between 10-20 knots, the bulletin added.

The center called on motorists to drive carefully on the mountainous roads as a result of poor horizontal visibility due to rainfall and low clouds.
