Activists launch campaign to expose brutal violations, crimes against children by STC in Aden

ADEN, Sept. 10 (YPA) – Southern activists launched a human rights campaign on Tuesday, to expose the brutal violations and crimes against children by the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) factions in the city of Aden.

The former leader of the “Southern Resistance” and political activist Adel Al-Hassani, emphasized that Aden and the other southern governorates have not seen children being drawn into conflicts as they are currently.

He highlighted that involving children in conflicts and documenting assaults by STC factions is a matter of grave concern.

The activists published horrific details documenting the crimes and abuses against children in Aden and the south by STC elements, using the hashtag #STC_Arrests_Children_And_Kills_Them.

This campaign further amplifies the public’s demand for information on those who have been abducted and forcibly disappeared by STC authorities since 2016, including the sons of Laqmoush and Ali Ishal Al-Jaadani, who has been missing since he was abducted in Aden last June.
