Tribal delegations arrive in Abyan to protest against STC factions

ABYAN, Sept. 07 (YPA) – Several tribal delegations all the southern provinces of Yemen arrived in the city of Zinjibar, the center of Abyan province, to participate in the second Ashal million-man march against the UAE-funed Southern Transitional Council (STC).

the delegations both of Aden, Shabwa, and Lahj demanded the disclosure of the fate of the kidnapped and forcibly disappeared in the STC-run prisons in the city of Aden, south of Yemen.

The participants arrived at the Zinjibar city in solidarity with the Jaadna tribe, demanding that the fate of its kidnapped son, Major Ali Ashal Al-Jaadani, be revealed since mid-June in the STC’s prisons in Aden.

The large gatherings of the people of the southern provinces showed the extent of their solidarity with each other in their fateful issues and the unification of ranks in victory for the injustice of the kidnapped and forcibly disappeared since 2016.

The participants in the million-man march raised pictures of the kidnapped Ali Ashal Al-Jaadani, amidst wide participation from the families and relatives of the kidnapped and forcibly disappeared for the past years.

The second Ashal million-man march that the STC’s factions suppressed in the parade square in Aden early last August with live bullets, came to pressure the STC leaders to release the kidnapped and forcibly disappeared.
