Protest rally held in Taiz to denounce Zionist occupation’s genocide crimes in Gaza

TAIZ, Aug. 30 (YPA) – A protest rally was staged on Friday in the coalition-held areas in the city of Taiz to denounce the escalation of genocide crimes that the Zionist occupation’s committing against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

Thousands of citizens gathered in the lower Tahrir Street in the city Centre, in response to a call by the political parties and components loyal to the coalition, and also calls of the Palestinian resistance factions.

In the rally, the protesters raised banners supporting steadfastness of Gaza, affirming that the international community’s complicity in the annihilation of Gaza encouraged the occupation to expand its terrorism toward the West Bank.

Last Wednesday, the Zionist occupation began a large and ongoing military operation in the provinces of Tulkarm, Jenin and Tubas in the northern West Bank, amid the arrest of dozens of Palestinians.
