“Hadramout Tribal Alliance” moves its protests to Mukalla city

HADRAMOUT, Aug. 28 (YPA) – The “Hadramout Tribal Alliance” was able to move its protests to the city of Mukalla, the center of the Hadramout province, which is under the control of the factions funded by the UAE, with a protest demonstration in support of its demands announced at the end of last July.

On Tuesday, thousands of residents of Mukalla and its neighboring coastal districts held a demonstration in support of the alliance’s demands for their legitimate rights from the oil and wealth revenues of the province.

The participants in the demonstration raised the slogans and flags of the alliance in the streets of Mukalla, expressing their dissatisfaction with the war of services being practiced by the authorities loyal to the Saudi-led coalition against citizens.

In early August, the Hadramout Tribal Alliance worked to set up a sit-in camp on the plateau overlooking the oil fields in Masila and created another camp for the tribes in the “Al-Mashaqis” area in the coastal district of Al-Raydah and Qaisar last week, amid widespread support from the Hadramout tribes.
