SANAA, Aug. 19 (YPA) – The Supreme Judicial Council in Sanaa approved on Monday the formation of a committee to study the project to establish economic courts from the various legal and practical aspects required by judicial field work.
During its meeting today, the Council heard from the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, a member of the Council, what concerns justice and human rights within the general program of the government.
The Council stressed the importance of implementing the determinants included in the government program and enhancing coordination and integration between the judiciary and the government to achieve national tasks and confront various challenges in accordance with the phase of change and construction.
In its meeting, the Council approved the annual operational plan for the Higher Judicial Institute for the year 1446 AH, presented by the Minister of Justice, Chairman of the Institute’s Board of Directors.
