Islamic Resistance in Lebanon launches rocket attacks against Israeli targets, espionage equipment

GAZA, July 12 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, led by Hezbollah, announced on Friday that it targeted surveillance equipment of Israeli occupation forces  at the newly established war and reconnaissance center in the “Metulla” settlement using guided missiles.

“In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their brave and honorable resistance, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance, targeted espionage equipment in the newly established center for war and reconnaissance crews in the “Metulla” settlement with guided missiles, hitting and destroying them directly,” Hezbollah said in a statement on Friday.

In a separate statement, the Lebanese resistance confirmed that its fighters targeted a group of enemy soldiers while they were carrying out fortification and construction works around the “Hanita” site with rocket weapons.

Meanwhile, an Israeli media platform reported that two anti-tank missiles were fired at the “Metulla” settlement, confirming that electricity was cut off throughout the settlement.

Israeli media also confirmed sirens sounded in “Avivim” and “Adamit” in northern occupied Palestine.

Earlier on Friday, an Israeli machine gun fired at a Lebanese Army vehicle near the village of Ghajar, close to Wazzani.

According to a report by the National News Agency, the vehicle was struck directly by four bullets. Miraculously, the soldiers inside the vehicle escaped without injury.
