Political Council reviews latest developments in economic war on Yemen

SANAA, July 01 (YPA) – The Supreme Political Council in Sanaa, during its meeting on Monday, headed by President Mahdi Al-Mashat, reviewed the latest developments in the economic war sponsored by the United States of America and carried out by its agents in the government loyal to the Saudi-led coalition against the Yemeni people.

The Council pointed out that this economic war aimed to dissuade the Yemeni people from its historical position in support of Palestine against the Zionist-American aggression coalition, which committed the most horrific massacres against the Palestinian people in Gaza, the West Bank, and all of Palestine.

At the meeting, the Council confirmed that “all conspiracies will fail in the face of the steadfastness, will, and bravery of the Yemeni people and their valiant armed forces, and that more than nine years in the face of the coalition is sufficient to enhance the factors of strength and stability.”

The Council stressed that the Saudi regime must bear the responsibility of transporting the rest of the Yemeni pilgrims departing through Sanaa Airport and returning them to it and not to any other airport, especially since “Yemenia Airlines” has covered matters related to insurance.

In its meeting, the Council touched on the insistence of the coalition forces at Yemenia Airlines in Aden to create many problems, harm the company and its resources, and discriminate in treatment between Yemeni passengers and ticket prices in Sanaa and Aden.

The Council praised the important developments revealed by the missile forces and naval forces in the Yemeni armed forces and the heroic role of the armed forces in supporting and aiding the Palestinian people and confronting Zionist, American, and British arrogance in the seas and oceans.

The Council denounced the resolution issued by the Security Council, which sided with the executioner against the victim, and praised the positions that rejected the resolution and showed solidarity with the Palestinian and Yemeni peoples, most notably the Algerian position.

In this regard, the Council expressed its appreciation for the positions of Russia and China, hoping that the positions of the two friendly countries would develop to the level of the US-British aggression against the Yemeni people.

The Council called on all Yemeni people to cooperate with the security services, report any suspicious activity that serves the enemy, and beware of any propaganda and lies that would dismantle the societal fabric.
