Hezbollah launches attacks on sites, gatherings of Israeli occupation forces

BEIRUT, June 24 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, led by Hezbollah, launched new series of  attacks on sites and gatherings of Israeli occupation forces in northern occupied Palestine, in support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their brave and honorable resistance.

The Lebanese resistance announced on Monday, in brief military statements that its forces had targeted a gathering of enemy soldiers between the settlements of “Al-Manara” and “Margaliot” with appropriate weapons, hitting it directly.

They also targeted a deployment of enemy soldiers in the vicinity of the Samaqa site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills with artillery shells.

Moreover, Hezbollah’s fighters targeted a building used by enemy soldiers in the “Yir’on” settlement, with appropriate weapons, scoring a direct hit, causing the building to catch fire and those inside it to be killed and injured.

This attack comes in response to the “Israeli” enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and safe homes, most recently in Blida, Maroun, and Aytaroun, according to Hezbollah’s statements.

Meanwhile, Israeli media said that Sirens were sounded in “Kiryat Shmona” and surrounding settlements in northeastern occupied Palestine due to fears of resistance drone infiltration.

According to Lebanese media, Israeli artillery targeted the towns of Tair Harfa and Al-Taiba, and Israeli warplanes raided the town of Aytrun, breaking the sound barrier in the skies of other towns.

In his turn, the military coordinator Yossi Levit, stated that ‘50% of the settlers in the settlement of “Metula”, will not return after the strikes from Lebanon.
