SANAA, June 18 (YPA) – Haidara Foundation for Peace and Human Development, implemented the Eid Al-Adha sacrifice project for impoverished families in Amanat al-Asimah (Capital Municipality).
During the distribution, Suhair Al-Muaidi, President of the Foundation, said that the project, supported by the United Humanitarian Foundation, targets 300 of the poorest and most needy families.
She mentioned that the distribution of sacrifice meat is part of the humanitarian activities carried out annually by the foundation to alleviate the suffering of poor and destitute families, especially amidst the difficult circumstances the country is going through.
Al-Muaidi emphasized the commitment of Foundation and its partners to continue working to alleviate the suffering of citizens through a package of projects and activities included in their plan for the current year in various humanitarian and relief fields.
She appreciated the cooperation of the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs in supporting the efforts of the foundation to succeed in its humanitarian projects and activities.
On his part, the representative of the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs, Fayez Jaber, highlighted the importance of these projects in alleviating the suffering of poor families in light of the difficult circumstances the country is facing due to aggression,
He praised the efforts of both Haidara and United Humanitarian Foundation in serving the community.
