Death toll of journalist martyrs rises to 151 in Gaza Strip

GAZA, June 17 (YPA) – The government media office in the Gaza Strip announced on Monday that the number of journalist martyrs had risen to 151 male and female journalists since the start of the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip.

The media office said in a press statement that the number of journalist martyrs increased after the death of journalist Mahmoud Qassem, who works for the Palestine newspaper and its website, “Palestine Online.”

The Zionist enemy forces have continued their aggression against the Gaza Strip, by land, sea, and air, since October 7, 2023, resulting in the martyrdom of more than 37,347 citizens and the injury of 85,372 others in an infinite toll as thousands of victims remain under the rubble.
