TAIZ, June 03 (YPA) – An officer belonging to the UAE-funded “Tariq Afash” forces was fired after he had exposed the killing of a citizen inside a prison in the town of al-Khokha, western Yemen.

Abdullah Al-Ajam, one of activists and who holds the rank of first lieutenant, reported in a post that he was dismissed from the so-called “First Brigade Zaranig” because of his publications about torture and inhumane treatment that abductees d and detainees are subjected to inside the notorious “Abu Musa Al-Ashari” prison in Yemeni town of al-Khokha area.

He attributed the reason for his dismissal to the discovery of the murder of one of the kidnapped, named Ali Shujai, inside the prison at the end of last March, who was kidnapped from his farm in the village of Al-Wa’ra in al-Khokha, confirming that Shujai’s body is still being held by Tariq Afash’s forces.
