South Africa threatens America with complaint to ICC

CAPE TOWN, June 01 (YPA) – South African Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Naledi Pandor, said “If the International Criminal Court (ICC) is allowed to prosecute the Israeli leadership, the United States “will be next.”

Pandor confirmed the prediction of US House of Representatives Speaker Mike Johnson, according to what the Israeli newspaper “Jerusalem Post” reported.

The minister wearing a Palestinian keffiyeh, said: “Johnson said that if the International Criminal Court is allowed to prosecute Israel’s leaders, we know that America will be next.”

South Africa was the first state that went to prosecute Israel before the International Court of Justice for its attack on the Gaza Strip, noting that the court issued a few days ago an order for the Israeli entity to stop its attack on Rafah.
