Lebanese Resistance targets sites, Iron Dome platforms of Zionist occupation forces

BEIRUT, May 31 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, led by Hezbollah, continued on Friday to target Israeli occupation soldiers and military sites near Lebanon border.

“The fighters of the Islamic Resistance, launched an aerial attack using explosive drones, targeting “Iron Dome” platforms in the “Zaoura” area, along with their crews and places of operation, hitting their targets accurately, causing damage and igniting fires,” Hezbollah said in a series of statements on Friday.

They also targeted the Baghdadi site with heavy Burkan rockets, hitting it directly.

According to the statements, Hezbollah’s fighters targeted the “Branit” barracks (headquarters of the 91st Division) with heavy Burkan missiles, hitting it directly, causing it to catch fire and partially destroy it.

Moreover, they targeted a building used by enemy soldiers in the “Shoumera” settlement, Tarbikha village, with appropriate weapons, hitting it directly.

Furthermore, Hezbollah fighters targeted the “Ma’yan Baruch” site with rocket weapons and artillery shells, hitting it directly.

Hezbollah affirmed that these operations came in support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their brave and honorable resistance, and in response to the “Israeli” enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and safe homes, especially the attack on the town of Maroun Al-Ras.
