Al-Qassam Brigades announce martyrdom of Sharhabeel Al-Sayyid in Zionist airstrike on Lebanon

GAZA, May 18 (YPA) – The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, announced on Friday, the martyrdom of Commander Sharhabeel Al-Sayyid in a Zionist airstrike on Lebanon.

” With great pride and honor, the Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades exalt to our Palestinian people and our Arab and Islamic nations the martyrdom of the commander and fighter, Sharhabeel Ali Al-Sayyid “Abu Amr,” Al-Qassam Brigades said in a brief statement.

The statement added, ” He achieved martyrdom in the Al-Aqsa Flood battle after being targeted by “Israeli” occupation aircraft in the western Bekaa Valley of Lebanon.”

Israeli occupation forces have continued their relentless assault on the Gaza Strip for the 223rd consecutive day, with heavy bombardments resulting in hundreds of dead and wounded.

The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip.
