UAE-backed STC forces kidnap businessman’s son in Aden

ADEN, May 15 (YPA) –  A son of a businessman was kidnapped on Wednesday by the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) forces in the city of Aden.

Human rights sources said, “A number of gunmen aboard military vehicles kidnapped Ahmed, the son of businessman Nasser Abd Rabbo Al-Hudaibi, after surrounding the Al-Orouba station for selling oil derivatives in the Bir Fadhl area and taking him to an unknown destination.”

The sources confirmed that the kidnapping of Al-Hudaibi’s son occurred after the arrival of the drilling rig, accompanied by four military vehicles, to drill into the station’s floor by force of arms.

According to the sources, influential leaders in the STC are trying to seize Al- Hudaibi land, even though the case is pending before the concerned authorities in the city.
