Protests in support of Palestine expand to high schools in France

SANAA, May 06 (YPA) – Dozens of secondary schools in France, on Monday, witnessed demonstrations in solidarity with the Gaza Strip, which has been subjected to a devastating Zionist aggression since the seventh of last October.

In addition to universities in France, many secondary schools have become the scene of demonstrations in support of Palestine.

At the invitation of the Union of Secondary School Syndicates (USL), dozens of school students participated in these demonstrations, demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and recognition of the Palestinian state.

The Union’s Vice President, Mance Nadel, said in a post on the “X” platform that French secondary schools were besieged “for the sake of peace”.

He touched on the Zionist attacks on Rafah, and stressed that “it is the duty of every French high school student to take action against these attacks”.

After the United States of America, protests in support of Palestine continue in many universities in France as well.
