Hamas: Any operation in Rafah not be picnic for occupation forces

GAZA, May 06 (YPA) – Hamas Movement said that the Israeli occupation forces’ preparation for an attack on the city of Rafah is a crime confirming the insistence of Benjamin Netanyahu’s government to continue the genocidal war.

The movement affirmed in a statement on Monday that any military operation in Rafah would not be a “picnic” for the occupation army, noting that the resistance gets fully prepared to defend the Palestinian people.

The statement called on the international community to take urgent action to stop this crime, which threatens the lives of hundreds of thousands of defenseless civilians in the city.

This comes at a time when the Israeli occupation forces began launching raids on the city of Rafah, and called on people to move out of the city sheltering more than one million displaced people grow.
