Musa Abu Marzouk: Hamas will decide future of Gaza Strip

GAZA, April 28 (YPA) – A member of the Hamas political bureau, Dr. Musa Abu Marzouk, said on Sunday that the one who decides the future of the Gaza Strip is the Hamas movement.

In a statement made during a special interview program broadcast later on Al-Alam Channel, Musa Abu Marzouq said that no one but Hamas could manage the situation in the Gaza Strip, and therefore the one who decides the future of the Gaza Strip is Hamas.

Abu Marzouk stressed: “No government will be imposed on the Gaza Strip, regardless of its design by America or some countries in the region.”

He explained that the Hamas movement wants to stop genocide, war crimes, and aggression in accordance with the decisions of the International Court of Justice and wants a ceasefire and withdrawal of Israeli forces in accordance with Security Council resolutions.
