Israeli occupation forces launch large-scale raid campaign in West Bank

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, April 18 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale raid and arrest campaign throughout the West Bank, raiding many homes and arresting dozens of Palestinians, including a young woman, amid confrontations on multiple fronts.

Palestinian sources reported that the occupation forces arrested Shaimaa Mohammad Rawajbeh from An-Najah University after raiding her home east of Nablus.

Moreover, the occupation forces conducted large-scale raid and arrest campaigns in the new and old Askar refugee camps, as well as in the neighborhoods of Masakin Al Shaabiyah and Asker Al-Balad areas, arresting 12 citizens.

They stormed the town of Beitunia west of Ramallah city and arrested a young man after brutally assaulting him.

Additionally, the occupation forces invaded the village of Zububa west of Jenin last night, conducting an extensive search campaign and deploying military vehicles in the village neighborhoods.

They intensified their military presence in the vicinity of the village, as well as in the village of Rumana and near the Jalameh and Salem checkpoints.

In occupied al-Quds (Jerusalem), the enemy forces raided Shuafat refugee camp and fired tear gas toward the homes of residents, sparking clashes in several areas within the camp.
