Iran says that it informed neighboring countries 72 hours before its attack on Israel

TEHRAN, April 15 (YPA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian revealed on Sunday a message Tehran sent to neighboring countries 72 hours before the attack on the Israeli enemy.

“We thank the countries of the region for receiving our message. We are always committed to the security of our brothers in the region, and we consider the security of our neighbors to be the security of Iran,” Abdullahian said in a statement.

The Iranian Foreign Minister added: “In the message that we sent to our friends in the countries of the region, we informed them about 72 hours before the operation that Iran’s response would be inevitable and certain within the framework of legitimate defense,” without revealing the names of the countries that were informed.

On Saturday night, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced an attack on the Israeli enemy in response to the attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus on April 1.
