Scattered rains expected to fall on various areas of Yemen: Meteorology

SANAA, April 08 (YPA( – The National Center of Meteorology has expected varying rainfall on various Yemen provinces.

The center affirmed in weather forecast the scattered rains would fall on the provinces of Al Mahweet, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Ibb, Raymah, Marib and Jawf.

It also expected active to strong winds in the southern Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab and the western Gulf of Aden, ranging its speeds from 18 to 28 knots.

The center called on citizens in areas where rain expected to fall, to be careful and not to be in flood paths and valleys during and after the rain.

It also called motorists to drive carefully on mountain roads of reduced visibility as a result of rain, as well as forming fog.
