Tribal sheikh injured in Shabwa clashes

SHABWA, March 31 (YPA) – A tribal sheikh was injured on Sunday in armed clashes in the coalition-held Shabwa province in eastern Yemen.

Sources familiar with matter said Ghazi Dhabab, one of the sheikhs of the Jardan district, was targeted following confrontations that broke out between tribal militants in the district.

The sources explained that he was transferred to a hospital in the city of Seiyun, the center of Wadi Hadramout districts, for treatment.
