SANAA, March 25 (YPA) – Leader of the Yemeni Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, called on the Saudi-led coalition to move from reducing escalation to peace entitlements with serious steps that Sanaa emphasized in the discussions and negotiations.
This came in his speech that made on Sunday to mark the 10th anniversary of National Day of Steadfastness, Sayyed al-Houthi affirmed that the benefits of peace are represented in a complete end to the siege, aggression and occupation, the exchange of prisoners, and compensation for damages.
He stressed that the peace entitlements are legitimate and fair demands of the Yemeni people.
The leader Al-Houthi advised Saudi Arabia and UAE to liberate themselves from blind dependence on America, expressing his hope to reach a fair and just solution leading to the implementation of peace entitlements.
Regarding the aggression against Yemen, Sayyed Al-Houthi said that the US-backed Saudi-Emirati aggression against Yemen came within the framework of a comprehensive plan in the region to rearrange its situation under the leadership of the Israeli enemy and liquidate the Palestinian issue.
He confirmed that the coalition had failed to achieve its goals of occupying and controlling Yemen, revealing the number of killed and wounded from all coalition formations reached 282,879, during its aggression against Yemen people.
Sayyed Abdul-Malik added that 165 warplanes and reconnaissance aircraft of the coalition were shot down in the 4,585 air defense operations, while the missile operations amounted to 1,828, including 1,237 military and combat operations, as well as and 589 operations outside the borders.
Regarding the operations of the Air Force, the leader al-Houthi said that the offensive and reconnaissance operations of the air force amounted to 12,009 , stressing that the development of military capabilities was a successful upward path despite the blockade and very difficult economic conditions.
The revolutionary leader stressed the importance of advancing military capabilities to protect the Yemeni people and support the oppressed Palestinian people, as well as to confront enemy conspiracies.
