US dollar exceeds barrier of 1,660 riyal in southern Yemen

SANAA, March 14 (YPA) – The dollar exchange rate in Aden and the southern and eastern provinces under the control of the coalition recorded a new rise on Sunday.

According to banking sources, the dollar in Aden reached 1,662 riyals, while the price of the Saudi riyal reached 437 Yemeni riyals.

Meanwhile, the exchange rate of the dollar in Sanaa and the provinces controlled by the Supreme Political Council remained stable at 529 riyals to the dollar and 140 riyals to the Saudi riyal.
