Sanaa affirms its readiness to meet submarine cable ships’ permits

SANAA, March 04 (YPA) – Sanaa-based Telecommunications Minister, Misfer Al-Numair, confirmed on Monday that submarine cable ships must obtain a permit from the Maritime Affairs in Sanaa before entering the Yemeni territorial waters.

The minister said in news statements that the ministry in Sanaa gets ready to meet requests for permits and identification of ships with the Yemeni naval forces, in order to ensure their safety.
