SANAA, March 03 (YPA) – Member of the Sanaa negotiating delegation, Abdulmalik Al-Ajri, held the United States of America responsible for any pollution resulting from the sinking of the British ship “Rubimar.”
Al-Ajri said in his account on the “X” platform that “the one who bears legal and moral responsibility for any possible marine pollution due to the sinking of the British ship is first and foremost the United States of America.”
He added, “As it (America) is responsible for the war in Gaza and the resulting regional escalation due to its repeated obstruction of all decisions to stop the war in the Security Council, it is the one who bears responsibility for the militarization of the Red Sea.”
Al-Ajri also held responsible the company that owns and operates the ship, which insisted on passing despite its knowledge of the risks resulting from its passage and its refusal to respond to the warnings of the Yemeni army.
