Hamas warns of consequences of getting out Kamal Adwan hospital from service

GAZA, Feb. 28 (YPA) – The Islamic resistance movement Hamas confirmed on Wednesday that the announcement of the withdrawal of Kamal Adwan hospital from service worsens the health and humanitarian situation of the population in the northern Gaza Strip.

In a statement, Hamas called on all concerned parties and UN agencies to urgently move to deliver emergency foodstuffs to the north of the besieged Gaza Strip.

Hamas stressed that Palestinian citizens in the northern Gaza Strip are subjected to systematic starvation by the criminal enemy, which does not observe any humanitarian standards or moral controls in its comprehensive war against the Palestinian people.

It also said that “The international community and the United Nations are called upon to shoulder their responsibilities in taking the necessary measures to stop the genocide against Palestinians in Gaza”.

For his part, the director of Kamal Adwan hospital in northern Gaza reported that the hospital was out of service, starting today, due to running out of fuel.
