Yemeni riyal drops sharply against US dollar in Aden

ADEN, Feb. 26 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal on Monday fell sharply against the dollar in exchange markets in Aden and the southern and eastern provinces under the control of the Saudi-led coalition.

In Aden, one dollar equaled 1,689 riyals, while the Saudi riyal was worth 444 Yemeni riyals.

In Sanaa and the provinces controlled by the Supreme Political Council, the dollar exchange rate reached 534 riyals to the dollar and 140 riyals to the Saudi riyal.
