Palestinian resistance continues to crush Zionist soldiers in Gaza

GAZA, Feb. 21 (YPA) – The Palestinian resistance has continued to crush the Zionist occupation forces on all fronts of the clashes in the Gaza Strip, especially in the Zeitoun Quarter.

Al-Qassam Brigades announced in a statement on Wednesday that its fighters had targeted a group of Zionist soldiers barricaded inside a house with an anti-fortified TBG shell, which led to the killing of three soldiers, west of the city of Khan Yunis.

It confirmed that an Israeli Merkava 4 tank was targeted with an Al-Yassin 105 shell south of the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City, and another Merkava tank was exploded with a Shawaz device in the Hawouz area west of Khan Yunis, in addition to a Zionist soldier being sniped in the Zeitoun Quarter.

In turn, the Al-Quds Brigades affirmed that two Israeli military vehicles were destroyed when they fell in a field of “Thaqib” barrel bombs in Zeitoun Quarter.

On the other hand, al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades said that its fighters engaged fierce clashes with the occupation soldiers and its vehicles, using machine guns and R.P.G. shells in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.

It indicated that an Israeli military vehicle was targeted with a “Asif” bomb and an “RPG” shell in the same Quarter.

The Brigades confirmed that a gathering of Israeli occupation soldiers and military vehicles were targeted with a number of mortar shells and short-range missiles in Al-Zaytoun Quarter.
