Palestinian Resistance targets Hermes 900 reconnaissance aircraft

GAZA, Feb. 20 (YPA) -The Al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas’ armed wing, said on Monday evening that their fighters and the Mujahideen Brigades successfully targeted a Hermes 900 reconnaissance plane with a SAM-7 missile southwest of Gaza City.

“In a joint operation: Our fighters, in collaboration with the Al-Qassam Brigades, successfully targeted a zionist enemy reconnaissance plane of the Hermes 900 model with a SAM-7 missile southwest of Gaza City,” Mujahideen Brigades said in a statement.

Earlier in the day, Al-Qassam Brigades reported that its members killed or injured 15 Israeli occupation army personnel.

According to the brigades, an anti-armor and anti-personnel RPG rocket was used to strike the Israeli troops who were holed inside a home in the Al-Hawouz neighborhood, west of Khan Yunis in the Gaza Strip’s south.

Meanwhile, Al-Quds Brigades announced that they shelled Zionist soldier gatherings in the Netzarim axis northeast of the central region with a barrage of rockets.
